[atomic-devel] New rawhide Anaconda snapshot 20150129.0

Made this two days ago, but only finally today got the chance to test; here's
a new Anaconda snapshot:

Known issues:
 - docker.service isn't enabled by default, fixed by:
   https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/fedora-atomic.git/commit/?id=7e0c34bdef70833ba9ef0f819840b65a0fc64c30
 - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1169334 reproduces quite quickly when I do start docker

I was trying to generate cloud images, but while the installer works fine in a
local VM, I see a kernel panic inside ImageFactory:

Will look at debugging that, as it also blocks generation of PXE-to-Live.
