Unfortunately that did not work (yet).

ostree fsck gave me a corrupted file, and ostree fsck --delete deleted
many files. Atomic host upgrade did not find any upgrades and I cannot
figure out (without spending more time on it) how to force it to
redownload the current version.

I hope it figures itself out whenever the new fedora atomic release
comes out.
