[atomic-devel] can't boot via created installer iso

Installer iso failed to boot with message about /dev/root does not exists.
How to debug why this happened? As i see /proc/mounts does not have
something about iso9660 or squashfs or somethinkg like image.
I'm build installer via rpm-ostree-toolbox
