[atomic-devel] /tmp on tmpfs why not?

I'm use on my notebook fedora atomic with own tree, and i see that
/tmp not tmpfs. For containers and vm this is good, but for desktop
not.
As i see service file ConditionPathIsSymbolicLink=!/tmp so tmp.mount
unit not runs..
