[atomic-devel] Karma to get last F24 Atomic Host bug fixed

Need testing for new selinux so we can fix the final Atomic Host bug 
for F24 [1]. The karma needs to be applied at [2].

To test on F24 atomic host today you can do: 


ostree admin unlock --hotfix
curl -O https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/selinux-policy/3.13.1/185.fc24/noarch/selinux-policy-3.13.1-185.fc24.noarch.rpm
curl -O https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/selinux-policy/3.13.1/185.fc24/noarch/selinux-policy-targeted-3.13.1-185.fc24.noarch.rpm
rpm -Uvh ./*rpm
reboot

# Now you can run rpm-ostree status
