[atomic-devel] Docs VFAD results

All,

First, I'd like to thank everyone who participated in our first
Documentation VFAD.  Especially our new community participants!

In this VFAD, we:

1. finished the outline for the Administrator Guide

2. added links for existing material to the outline

Our next steps will be preparing the atomic-host-docs repo for the Flock
workshop, including preparing issues for each of the documentation
