You are getting "no upgrade available" because you are following different
branches in the repo.

You can see the first machine is following `fedora/28/x86_64/updates/atomic-host`
while the 2nd machine is following `fedora/28/x86_64/atomic-host`.

So now? rebase is my friend? How can I sync both machines?
