rawhide-based boot.iso available

I've finally generated a boot.iso for rawhide that works!

See the README there. Note: you *must* use the kickstart file. (In the future I'll change anaconda to allow preloading this kind of thing)

At the moment though, there's some selinux-policy issue that completely cripples it. Boot with enforcing=0 until I get a chance to debug.

But it installs. I'll be continuing to cleaning up the anaconda patches and work on getting them upstream.
