A new change is the availability of dedicated media for the Alpha branch:
https://ci.centos.org/artifacts/sig-atomic/centos-continuous/images-alpha/

Further, if you were previously following alpha, we've updated the build
process to ensure that an OSTree "static delta" is generated, which will
noticeably reduce wire transfers.

The "Downgraded" below is mostly just noise from minor package
versioning issues autogenerated from git.

`docker-forward-journald` being removed is because the underlying
Docker issue in handling journald restarts should be fixed.
