dare i ask again that centos atomic is just a rebuild of redhat atomic and in this case technical discussion on this list is useless or it's a separate project?

I'd guess most likely at the same time RHAH does. For one thing, we're
skipping 1.9 entirely becuase of the well-documented performance
problems, and upgrading to 1.10 is a somewhat painful migration process.
So not rolling out in a hurry.
