Using this command
sudo testcloud instance create test -u
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/28_RC-1.1/AtomicHost/x86_64/images/Fedora-AtomicHost-28-1.1.x86_64.qcow2
Connecting via ssh after the installation, the user name is fedora and
the password is passw0rd
