That's too bad, but not shocking that it might miss the 21 release. 

Should Dusty or someone open a bug in Bugzilla, though, or an issue on
Github, or...? To make sure it's picked up + fixed for F22 and beyond.

Perhaps we should have a sample cloud-config that we offer that "fixes"
the issue for F21?
