Arbitrary Ansible commands don't necessarily make sense on a stateless
system like Atomic Host, so it would be a matter of figuring out the
subset that *does* make sense and ensuring those work (e.g. talking to
the Docker daemon, querying rpm-ostree, managing host upgrades and
downgrades).
