[atomic-devel] Atomic Registry deployment update

Based on feedback that Atomic Registry was overly complex to configure and maintain, I have provided a simplified systemd-based deployment method[1].

Install/config docs[2] will be updated ASAP to reflect this. Until then the source README should be sufficient to get you going.
