[atomic-devel] oci-systemd-hook now available in Fedora24/Rawhide

This package along with oci-register-machine will allow you to run
systemd as pid 1 in an oci container (runc or Docker)
without requiring --privilege.
We want to ship it in RHEL7 along with the docker-1.10 package in
rhel7.2.4 release, some time in May.
Try it out.
