[atomic-devel] Moving to kojipkgs url for Fedora Atomic remotes

We have been using https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/atomic/25/ for the 
remote for atomic host for some time. This is actually just a redirect to 
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/atomic/25/. Since we have been using one url
in some places and the other url in others for some time it was proposed that we just
use the https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/atomic/25/ URL everywhere.

I'm ok with this and will make the change if no one objects.

The redirect will continue to work so people who are still using dl.fp.o will not be
affected.
