Yep, that was understood. We just needed a reference to point
to when talking to people about the issue so I created a BZ.

jbrooks tested the rawhide kernel kernel-4.10.0-0.rc4.git0.1.fc26
and it all works for him. we are investigating further. There is a
4.9.4 kernel he is testing next to see if it is fixed there.
