aarch64 and ppc64le isos install and boot successfully on respective
arches. Basic test runs fine. To upgrade system(known issue)
modification in ostree remote url is needed:

$ cat /etc/ostree/remotes.d/fedora-atomic.conf
[remote "fedora-atomic"]
