Re: [atomic-devel] Project Atomic Logo - please comment/vote

Thanks everyone for the votes and the discussion. Noone contacted me that they don't have a Twitter account (I for example don't) so I'll take that as everyone who wanted to vote did so. Dusty expressed his vote here and on Twitter, Michael Singh voted here (unknown whether also on Twitter).

With a clear result that reflects the various opinions I've heard over the last weeks, we're introducing the new logo on Twitter and on the website as well as on new orders of swag.

More news regarding events and website to be announced via the mailing list and on Twitter. Have a great day!

I like #2 (voted on twitter). The only question is: what do we do for the logo on white backgrounds?

The combination of these colours (light grey on dark grey) is not good for people with visual disabilities as the contrast is too low. In addition, for practical swag-related reasons, I propose having less colours (or more, high-contrast colours and a one-colour version). The current logo on the website:

There will be a separate announcement email with GitHub links for change requests via issues and PRs once the community beta officially starts. This email is solely for the logo.

It would be great if we had something in the FAH/FAW logos that identified more with fedora. Maybe use the fedora F as the F in FAH and FAW?
