I am from India and can chair atomic-wg meeting in Asian/Australian friendly
timezone.

An atomic-wg ticket would be nice to figure out day and time for this
meeting and let interested people vote. Maybe we can discuss more
during our next atomic-wg if required.

I am aware of zodbot commands. Chaired once regular atomic-wg meeting.
