I guess fedora's moby-engine .src.rpm would be just fine

If I were to surmise, it sounds like many people need some time to migrate certain use cases which have Docker specific requirements. Hence, having the option of moby-engine around would make that more convenient.

The old patches for making docker work with RHEL entitlements would
need to be ported, though.

SUSE has a variation of these patches for their docker package[1],
maybe these could help with moby-engine?
