We expect to release Docker 1.13 for Fedora Atomic Host about a month or
so after Docker releases it, *provided* that it doesn't break Kubernetes
and OpenShift. If it does, it could be longer before 1.13 gets added in.

We're also working on adding Docker itself using a system container,
which would then allow you to run whichever version you wanted. If you
can contribute to this effort, please volunteer.

CentOS Atomic Host will almost certainly be later to carry 1.13, because
CentOS mirrors the versions carried by Red Hat Enterprise Linux, which
is very conservative about library changes (on purpose).
