[atomic-devel] default groups for fedora user

Hi all,

In the F21 alpha atomic image I have different group memberships for
the "fedora" user than I do on the traditional f21 "cloud" image.

Here is what I see on F21 Alpha Atomic:

[fedora localhost ~]$ id
uid=1000(fedora) gid=1000(fedora) groups=1000(fedora) ...

Here is what I see on F21 cloud base:

[fedora localhost ~]$ id
uid=1000(fedora) gid=1000(fedora) groups=1000(fedora),4(adm),10(wheel),190(systemd-journal) ...

This means I get differing behavior on atomic (i.e. on atomic I can't 
use journalctl, etc.). Is this a design choice or a bug? Let me know and
I will file it.
