I haven't done any work with Hyper-V, so setting up a VM would be 
missing.  Right now, I refer back  to the Quickstart guide (lazy) for 
specifics on virt-manager and VirtualBox.  If you have a decent 
procedure that we can use as a start, I can add that section.
