Yes, Fedora 23 has v222. Note that `machinectl` is the correct name for
the command:

  $ machinectl pull-dkr --dkr-index-url=http://index.docker.io --verify=no library/fedora:22 fedora22
  ... snip ...
  $ systemd-nspawn -M fedora22
  Spawning container fedora22 on /var/lib/machines/fedora22.
  Press ^] three times within 1s to kill container.
