Stef Walter is going to file a F24 change proposal for building a
Cockpit container. It'd be helpful to also have one for a Kubernetes
container. Both of these, of course, block on the *above* change.
Having these requirements in hand helps Fedora understand the
priority/urgency of the underlying change. And it helps _me_ advocate
for more (and/or continuing) resources for Fedora
releng/infrastructure/engineering to make it happen.
