Authentication doesn't work without OpenShift OAuth. I was under the
impression that this was a known issue? If it's not, then we need to
debug it.

There's also the issue of "if we're going to have three top-level
options for the time being, does Registry make sense as co-equal with
Atomic Host and ADB". And I don't think it does.
Possibly what we should have is:
Atomic Host ADB Projects
... where the last goes to a page which lists everything. This is the
eventual direction we're going in with a total redesign anyway.
